Mr. Wu joined the Firm in 2001 as an associate in the Employee Benefits Group. His practice concentrates on representation of public and private employers with respect to compensation and benefits matters.

Mr. Wu has extensive experience in the design and implementation of all types of retirement and deferred compensation plans, particularly 401(k) plans and ESOPs. Mr. Wu also has assisted employers in the design and implementation of a wide variety of equity compensation programs. In the area of medical and other welfare benefit plans, he has assisted employers with the establishment and administration of health plans, flexible benefit plans, dependent care plans and a wide range of severance benefit plans.

Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Mr. Wu was an associate at Cooley Godward LLP in San Francisco. Prior to that, he was an associate at Ludwig, Goldberg & Krenzel in San Francisco.
