Mr. Rapoport received a B.A. degree from Brown University in 1952. After serving three years as an officer in the United States Navy, Mr. Rapoport entered Stanford Law School in 1955. He was an editor of the Stanford Law Review. He graduated first in his class in 1958 and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Rapoport concentrates his practice in the areas of federal income tax, real property, corporations, Partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and business contractual arrangements.

Mr. Rapoport is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
