Michelle S. Nettesheim's practice encompasses all areas of health care, senior housing, and long-term care law. Michelle has expertise in licensing, regulatory compliance, development, and operational matters. She has also represented long-term care facilities in litigation and administrative proceedings involving citations and deficiencies, elder and dependent adult abuse, negligence, wrongful death, fraud and contract actions. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, she managed intermediate care facilities and a community care facility for developmentally disabled residents. Michelle is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

Michelle is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
