Anne Johnson represents private individuals, businesses and public agencies in a variety of trust and estate and real estate and other commercial disputes. She is versed with all stages of litigation including mediation, arbitration, trial, writ and appeal. Her experience spans cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair business practices, professional liability, personal injury, and real estate matters and, regarding trusts and estates, will and trust contests, resolution of administration problems and conflicting claims resolution. Anne also has extensive experience negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions for both landlords and tenants of office and retail space , and buyers and sellers of real property.

Anne is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District and Eastern Districts of California.
