Mr. Glenn has extensive experience in labor relations counseling, collective bargaining negotiations, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies. Mr. Glenn has represented employers in union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations and other traditional labor practice areas, and has extensive experience counseling employers in the manufacturing, construction, health care, banking, transportation, restaurant, hotel and service industries. Mr. Glenn also has first chair trial experience as an employment litigator in wrongful termination and employment discrimination cases.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in California, Mr. Glenn is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
